The Director of Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategies for both Field Operations and student-focused initiatives within Blue River PetCare. This position oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company hires and retains the best veterinary talent while also attracting high-quality candidates through campus initiatives. The Director will lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team responsible for hospital veterinary recruiting and the Campus Recruitment team responsible for student-focused programs and brand promotion.
The Information Technology Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the Company’s Operations team. This person will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals by coordinating IT projects at our veterinary clinics across the country. Using their background in IT, the person in this position will assist in oversee a wide array of IT projects and assist in developing policies and procedures for individual locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, an eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve problems in a quick and efficient manner.
The Integration Lead manages a deadline-oriented transaction process that integrates prospective veterinary hospitals into the Blue River PetCare (“Blue River” or “BRP”) network. In this role, you will drive integration success outcomes and maintain excellent client relationships with prospective veterinary hospitals. Success requires end-to-end accountability of highly visible strategic initiatives, adhering to deadlines, developing processes and project plans, coordinating, and driving internal and external execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and resourcing needs.

The Marketing Specialist (Regional) is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across the organization, with a primary focus on providing local-level field marketing support to Blue River PetCare hospitals. Reporting directly to the Field Marketing Manager, this position requires an experienced individual with strong communication, marketing, and creative skills, as well as an exceptional ability to adapt to the ever-changing marketing landscape and develop news skills as needed.
This position is best suited for a self-driven individual who is passionate about all things marketing and looks forward to working as part of a small, collaborative team. Previous experience working as part of a corporate support team, providing local-level marketing support to locations within a specific region is preferred. Veterinary experience is not required, but preferred.
