The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus of optimizing online presence, email marketing, and digital ad management. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this position will partner with marketing leadership to develop and implement an optimized email marketing strategy to increase engagement and lead generation across multiple audiences. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the management of digital ads across various brands, as well as partner with the broader Marketing team to support large-scale projects and events as needed.
This position is best suited for a driven individual with exceptional communication, time management and organization skills, as well as a passion for creating engaging content and experiences. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong knowledge of current best practices in digital marketing and Google ad management, advanced copywriting skills, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital marketing landscape, developing news skills as needed.
